Located near the Berliner Tor station, this hotel offers a convenient location for exploring the city center. The modern and comfortable rooms provide a quiet retreat after a day of sightseeing. The staff is friendly and helpful, ensuring a pleasant stay. Plus, the tasty breakfast with warm and cold selections is a great way to start the day.

The only downside is the lack of nearby restaurants, cafes, and shops, requiring a short walk or public transportation to reach these amenities.

As young families, we loved the convenience of the location, being just an 8-minute walk to Berliner Tor train station. It made it easy for us to explore all of Hamburg. The rooms were immaculate, with comfortable beds and daily housekeeping. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome and at ease. Breakfast was a highlight, offering a wide selection of delicious options. We also enjoyed the small bar, which stayed open late.

The room was fairly clean with comfortable beds and not noisy apart from the construction outside, for which the hotel is not at fault. the bathroom had a high, quality shower and good size. Conveniently located close to a major transportation hub, making it easy to get around the city. the check, in and check, out process was efficient.

The room had a plumbing issue, resulting in a bad smell coming from the bathroom. Despite complaining, the staff did not provide a satisfactory response.

Affordable, convenient location near Minatur Wunderland, 24-hour reception, easy check-in, comfortable room with good shower, comfortable bed.

We had a great stay at this hotel. The rooms were spotlessly clean and the staff were friendly and helpful. The location was ideal, as it was close to a metro station that connected us to all the tourist attractions in the city. Additionally, it was conveniently close to the Belina Tor station, making traveling around the city incredibly accessible.

I recently stayed at this hotel and I was pleasantly surprised by a few things. the location is great - it's right on the edge of a redeveloping industrial area, which may not be the most charming, but it's close to a metro station that connects you to all the touristic places in Hamburg. Secondly, the hotel is situated in a very quiet business area, very close to the stop Berliner Tor. This made for a peaceful and restful stay. Lastly, the staff were friendly and helpful, and the basic amenities like tea and coffee in the rooms were a nice touch.

I had a great experience at this hotel and I can't think of anything that needs improvement.
