As young families, we loved the convenience of the location, being just an 8-minute walk to Berliner Tor train station. It made it easy for us to explore all of Hamburg. The rooms were immaculate, with comfortable beds and daily housekeeping. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome and at ease. Breakfast was a highlight, offering a wide selection of delicious options. We also enjoyed the small bar, which stayed open late.
We felt totally at home during our stay, with nothing being too much trouble.

We had a great stay at this hotel. The rooms were spotlessly clean and the staff were friendly and helpful. The location was ideal, as it was close to a metro station that connected us to all the tourist attractions in the city. it was conveniently close to the Belina Tor station, making traveling around the city accessible.

I recently stayed at this hotel and I was pleasantly surprised by a few things. the location is great - it's right on the edge of a redeveloping industrial area, which may not be the most charming, but it's close to a metro station that connects you to all the touristic places in Hamburg. Secondly, the hotel is situated in a very quiet business area, very close to the stop Berliner Tor. This made for a peaceful and restful stay. Lastly, the staff were friendly and helpful, and the basic amenities like tea and coffee in the rooms were a nice touch.
I had a great experience at this hotel and I can't think of anything that needs improvement.
